Deposit Boosts Up To 100%How Fast Is a Sankra Casino Withdrawal?
A Sankra Casino withdrawal moves at a speed set by the method you choose and by the review stage every request passes through first. E-wallets clear quickest, cards take longer because your bank handles the transfer, and every payout is capped at 3 business days from the moment we receive your request. Full details on each option sit on our payment methods page.
- E-wallets: deposits and payouts are described as lightning-fast, the quickest way to move funds in either direction.
- Visa and Mastercard: withdrawals take longer because card transactions are processed by the issuing bank, not by us.
- Bank transfer: payouts follow the same 3 business day processing window as other methods.
- Repeat withdrawals: a new request is processed within 3 business days of the previous payout being completed.
- Pending requests: we hold a maximum of 3 pending withdrawal requests per account at any time.
- Finance department hours: requests are handled 06:00-17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday, so weekend requests wait until Monday.
Processing Time By Payment Method
Deposits and payouts move at different speeds depending on the route. E-wallet transactions are lightning-fast in both directions, making them the quickest option for topping up or cashing out. Card transactions take longer in both directions because Visa and Mastercard payments are processed by the issuing bank rather than by us, which adds time on top of our own 3 business day withdrawal window. Bank transfer withdrawals sit in the same 3 business day window, since timing here depends on our processing rather than on card network delays.
Why Card Payouts Take Longer
Card withdrawals are paid back to the same card where possible, and any payout up to the total amount deposited by card may be returned to it as a refund rather than a fresh transfer. Because that refund still has to pass through the card network and the issuing bank, it typically lands after e-wallet payouts even when both requests are submitted on the same day. Where paying back to the original method is not possible, we may use a different payment system to send the funds instead.
Withdrawal Times At A Glance
The timings below cover both directions of movement across the methods we offer, so you can see where the delay sits before you request a payout.
| Method | Direction | Processing Time |
|---|---|---|
| E-wallets | Deposit | Lightning-fast |
| E-wallets | Withdrawal | Lightning-fast, within our 3 business day window |
| Visa / Mastercard | Deposit | Slower, processed by the issuing bank |
| Visa / Mastercard | Withdrawal | Within 3 business days; may be refunded to card up to the amount deposited |
| Bank transfer | Withdrawal | Within 3 business days of request |
Whichever method you use, a new withdrawal request is also processed within 3 business days of your previous payout, and only 3 requests can sit pending on an account at once.

What Happens Before Your Payout Clears
Every withdrawal passes through our finance department before it is sent, and that team works 06:00-17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday, so a request submitted over the weekend sits in the queue until Monday morning. This review is what the 3 business day processing window covers, on top of however long your chosen payment method itself takes to settle.
Before any withdrawal is approved, we check that the deposit behind it has been wagered at least 1x. If that rollover has not been met, winnings may be cancelled and a fee is kept instead: 10% of the last deposit, or 15% if it was made by bank card or bank transfer, with a minimum fee of 0.50 GBP. Our know-your-customer checks, part of how we keep accounts safe as described on our security page, can add further time too, since verification documents are usually reviewed within 10 days of full submission, longer for complex cases.
We also cap pending withdrawal requests at 3 per account, and a repeat withdrawal is only processed once 3 business days have passed since the previous payout cleared. For the wider picture on bonuses, games and limits alongside these timings, see our full overview.
